Riley to Preach at AH Presbyterian Feb 14

ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ - Columnist Michael Riley will be preaching at the 10 a.m. worship service on Valentine's Day, Sunday, Feb. 14, at the First Presbyterian Church.
The sermon by the minister and Asbury Park Press writer is entitled "Hearts and Flowers and the Love of God." Rev. Riley will also continue the "mysterybag" children's sermon series.
Rev. Riley will also be in the pulpit on Feb. 21 and 28.
The Rev. Barbara MacFie will preach and administer Holy Communion on Sunday, March 7.
Rev. Riley has been an ordained minister since 1985 and served as the pastor of three Baptist churches over a period of 20 years before turning to journalism full-time in 1997.
His weekly column, "Only Human," appears in The Press on Fridays.
All area residents are invited to the 120-year-old, family oriented and handicapped accessible church, located at Third and E. Highland Aves. Day care is provided during worship services and the Sunday School program welcomes all children.
